AUCTION RULES & INFORMATION

Bid Number Each in-person guest/couple will be given an auction envelope with a bid number and program upon entry. The bid number will be in the envelope, and this number should be used for LIVE bidding. If you are sharing a bidder number and would like to have separate bidder numbers, please let us know at the check-in desk, and we will assign you an additional bidder number.

Silent Auction To bid on an item in the Silent Auction this evening, use your mobile device to scan the QR code next to the item. This will take you to the online site for that item and allow you to start bidding. The Silent Auction will close. The item will go to the highest bidder.

Live Auction Please use your assigned bid number card for all bids during the Live Auction. To place a bid on a live auction item, raise your bid paddle until acknowledged by the auctioneer. A bid acknowledged by the auctioneer is a legal contract to purchase the item or pay the donation indicated for the Fund-An-Item.

Raffle Tickets When purchasing Raffle Tickets, please ensure you or the auction assistant write down your bidder number and the quantity you are purchasing accurately. We will record this information at the checkout desk during the evening of the event and include it in your bill for the evening.

Philippians 2 Foundation will not be held responsible in the event of business closures or misrepresentations by donors.

Check-out Information All sales are final. In consideration of our generous donors, items purchased during the auction event are not exchangeable or returnable. All items will need to be collected on the evening of the auction unless otherwise indicated.

Cashiers will be at the check-out table to handle express pay forms for the Live and Silent Auction Items. If you have not already designated your preferred payment method ahead of time, please stop by the check-in area to fill out your express pay form on your way into the auction. Payments MUST be made tonight via credit card, check or cash. Payments by credit cards will be charged from Auctria through the Stripe.com platform and will appear in your email inbox for payment. Credit Card payments have fees associated.

All items must be paid in full prior to pick up the night of the auction.

Please take your Live and Silent Auction items home with you after establishing your payment choice. 

Expiration Dates and Trip Reservations Please pay special attention to expiration dates, restrictions, sizes, etc. on all auction items – live or silent. Each purchaser of a trip or experience package must contact the donor to make reservations and related trip arrangements.

Tax Deductions Philippians 2 Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization.

Auction payments are tax deductible as a charitable contribution only to the extent provided by law. Please consult your tax professional regarding the deductibility of any purchases.
