Saint Clare of Assisi Retreat Center
Our 12,000 square foot retreat center is nestled in the Buckroe section of Hampton, Virginia. We are located only six (6) blocks from the beach. We offer retreats throughout the year that you can attend or you can bring your own group. Check out our calendar on the Saint Clare page!
Retreat Center Addition
We are currently designing an expansion of the retreat center which includes a new meeting space, a Reconciliation Room, and 17 double occupancy rooms. This 4800 square foot addition will be 3 floors and located near the current front entrance. This new addition will allow for private rooms which are used for marriage encounters, Rachel's Vineyard Retreats, Private Retreats, Discernment Retreats, Silent Retreats, and so much more. We are beginning the formation of a capital campaign to raise the ~$750,000 needed to build the addition. We have currently raised over $400,000 to date! One of our missions is to support vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and consecrated by hosting retreats for them to further discern or strengthen their current vocation.
Formation
