Our Hope
Philippians 2 Foundation seeks to draw people into a closer relationship with God. Our main way of doing this is through the Saint Clare of Assisi Retreat Center which is located in the Buckroe section of Hampton, Virginia.
Our Story
Several years ago, the idea of a retreat center was placed on the heart of our Foundation President, Rev. Mr. David A. Reaves. In 2019, God put a plan into motion that would help this retreat center come to fruition.
Retreats
We offer a variety of retreats throughout the year. In addition, we are more than happy to have groups host their own retreat here at the Retreat Center. We can handle groups of up to 50 people for overnight stays and 75 people for single-day events. Formation
We also provide formation opportunities to include Walking with Purpose, Evangelical Catholic, physical and inner healing, and a Spiritual Mentor Program that is 18 months long. We also have missions on a variety of topics throughout the year. Our hope is to continually expand our offerings to provide opportunities for people to grow in knowledge and wisdom.

Our board members have a wide variety of experience to include engineering, software, accounting, pharmacy and sales. Our diverse group of board members works well together to promote the mission of our foundation.
